Dabang Delhi KC continues to gain momentum after a comfortable win over Gujarat Giants

Dabang Delhi KC continued their impressive form by defeating Gujarat Giants 50-47 in Pro Kabaddi League Season 9 at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium here on Friday.

Gujarat Giants put up a spirited battle in the final minutes of the match, but the Delhi players held their nerve and emerged from the mat as match winners.

Sonu did a SUPER RAID in the opening minutes of the game and helped the Giants take the lead.

Moments later, the Gujarat team built a massive 10-3 lead in the fifth minute.

However, Naveen and Ashu grabbed the touch points and kept Delhi in the match at 8-11.

Soon after, Navin carried out another raid and reduced the Giants to just two members on the mat. The Delhi team continued to rage and put it all down in the 12th minute, but the Giants still held the lead at 15-14.

The shrewd Partick pulled off a brilliant raid and helped the Gujarat side stay in the lead at 18-16.

Dia continued to show his best form as the giants continued to push forward. However, Vijay Malik ran a raid and Sandeep Doll made a save for Partick Suburb as both sides went into half-time at 21-21.

Ashu pulled off an impressive multi-point raid in the opening minutes of the second half as Delhi moved back into the lead at 25-21.

Moments later, Dabangg Delhi made a great effort to extend their lead even further at 30-22 in the 23rd minute.

Ashu continued to pick up touch points as Delhi took a massive lead at 35-23.

Then, the D.C. team tackled the suburbs for another ALL OUT and reached Stronghold’s game at 41-29.

Gujarat’s Mahendra Rajput executed a brilliant attack, catching Amit Hooda, Vijay Malik and Vishal, but Delhi still held a comfortable lead at 46-38 in the 36th minute. However, Zia didn’t let the giants lose hope as he made a multi-point raid and slashed the team Delhi to only one member on the mat.

Moments later, the Giants caused it all and greatly reduced the gap between the two sides at 43-48.

However, the mountain was too big for the giants to climb as the Delhi team finished with a narrow win.
