Palak Dal Khichdi Recipe: How to Make Palak Dal Khichdi
First, we need to soak the dal in water for 15 minutes. Now, take the pressure cooker and pour the oil into it. Once the oil gets hot, add the mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves, ginger paste and fresh garlic and sauté them well. Add finely chopped tomatoes and onions. Add green chilli according to your taste and let it simmer for some time. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder and salt. fry well.

Add dal and rice with a cup of water. Cook for 2 minutes, add fresh chopped spinach and turn off the pressure cooker. Let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes. After 2 whistles, take the palak khichdi out of the pressure cooker and top it with warm ghee! Serve hot!
