LAHORE: Khurram Manzoor, Saud Shakil and Zeeshan Ashraf score centuries as the 10th innings of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy gets underway on Sunday.

Sindh made an impressive start to their attempt to reach the final centuries courtesy of Khurram Mansoor and captain Saud Shakeel on the opening day of their clash against Balochistan at the LCCA Ground, Lahore.

South Punjab also got off to a solid start looking for their first win of the season as Zeeshan Ashraf scored a scorching century against Central Punjab at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

Northern table toppers were sent packing for 223 by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at Shoaib Akhtar Stadium, Rawalpindi.

Imran Rafique was hitting 58 from 131 balls (eight fours, one six) when the play was called off in the 75th minute due to poor lighting.
