The youngsters are rewarded for a great domestic season with India
India A, who will play two matches over four days in Bangladesh, ahead of India’s two-match Test series in the same country, will see a number of youngsters in action. Jaiswal is not late either. Earlier this year, he hit centuries in each of the Ranji Trophy semi-final innings and then followed it up with a century in the final.

Overall, Jaiswal has five and a half centuries in seven first-class games at an impressive average of 84.58. Meanwhile, Amish Yadav and Cheteshwar Pujara will also feature in the team that will be captained by Bengalis Abhimanyu Eswaran. PTI reported on Tuesday that Jadeja is unlikely to regain full fitness ahead of Bangladesh’s Test series, which starts on December 14 in Chittagong. India is set to play three ODIs and two Tests in Bangladesh, and a full-strength team led by Rohit Sharma will visit the neighboring country.
India will play two Tests – December 14-18 in Chittagong and December 22-26 in Mirpur – after a short series of three ODIs (4, 7 and 10 December).
