Winter Recipe: How to make raining soup to enjoy the winter:

To make this dish, we need tomato puree, water, ground coriander seeds, cumin seeds, scallions, bay leaves, salt, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder.

  • Heat some oil in a pan with the cumin, bay leaf, ginger and garlic paste. Fry them together.
  • Add the crushed coriander seeds and mix again.
  • Add tomato paste and salt to it and cook everything together.
  • Add black pepper, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder and cook.
  • Add water to it and let it simmer for some time.
  • Finally, garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
