Step 1: Take a bowl of soaked moong dal, add 2 green chillies and some ginger, and blend in a blender to make a paste.
Step 2: Transfer the paste to a bowl, add some water, 1 tablespoon chopped onion, 1 tablespoon chopped tomato, 1 tablespoon chopped bell pepper and 1 tablespoon chopped carrot.
