Elon Musk completed the acquisition of Twitter and wasted no time presenting his ideas to the company. Musk kicked off his first few days on Twitter by firing CEO Parag Agrawal and a few other people with him. But it appears that while one of the employees is of Indian origin outside of Twitter, Musk will rely on another Indian to fix the situation.
The funny thing is that he is a former Twitter employee. So, who is Sriram Krishnan, the man who claims to be helping Elon Musk With Twitter and his plans rejig and how can he solve that with Musk?

Who is Sriram Krishnan?
Sriram is a very well known engineer and technologist who has brands like Twitter, Meta and Microsoft. He moved to the United States at the age of 21 in 2005 where he began his journey in the field of technology.
His previous experience working at Twitter includes products such as the main Twitter timeline, building a new user interface for the platform, search and audience growth among others. At Facebook (now Meta), he developed mobile advertising products that turned into one of the largest networks in display advertising.
But his tech career started with Microsoft, with most of his work for the Windows Azure department. Currently, he is an investor in early stage startups and, as part of a16z, also specializes in keeping a close eye on emerging cryptocurrency startups. In his tweet, Sriram stated that he and a16z believe Elon Musk is the right person to make an impact at a company as important as Twitter.
Sriram also hosts a podcast program called The Goot Time with his wife, where he has invited guests like Mark Zuckerberg, Calvin Harris and Elon Musk himself.
How can Sriram Misk help Twitter management?
Musk will likely tap Sriram’s brains and previous experience working at Twitter to see how the company can be reshaped and give it a better chance of succeeding in the market. Twitter’s biggest issue has been monetizing the platform, and Musk seems to want to change that by talking about some of his ideas already on social media.
Musk believes that a verified user (blue tick) on Twitter should pay for the feature, and it is said that people may have to pay around $20 (about Rs 1,640) to get the Twitter blue tick as part of the subscription.
It will be interesting to see how Sriram, who is temporarily back on Twitter, continues his work, helps Musk with needed changes to his head, and helps the platform evolve.
