You can make delicious chocolate ganache in these three ways



Let’s agree, anything to do with chocolate excites us the most. Whether it’s guilt-free biting into a chocolate treat or even whipping up desserts that call for chocolate, everything and anything chocolate gets us excited. And today we would like to talk about chocolate ganache. It is commonly spread on cakes, poured over sundaes, and mainly used to bring an extra richness and texture to many sweet delights. Ideally, it is prepared with chocolate and cream. But you don’t always want to stick to the usual simple and quick recipe. Sometimes you can experiment and make your own chocolate ganache more flavourful. Chef Tejasvi Chandela shared a video on Instagram showing three different ways to make chocolate ganache.

As for the caption, she wrote, “What I love about making ganache is that you can flavor it so easily and it hardly takes any time to prepare.”

Ingredients required to make the three types of chocolate ganache:

1) Dark chocolate and orange

Fresh cream (200 grams)

– Malabar Dark Chocolate (200g – 64%)

One orange flavour

Unsalted butter – 5 gr

2) Milk chocolate with cinnamon latte

– Eduki Milk Chocolate (200g – 33%)

Fresh cream (150 grams)

– cinnamon stick (1)

– Instant coffee powder – 8 grams

3) White chocolate with gin and lime

– white chocolate (200 gm)

Fresh cream – 130 g

– gin (8 ml)

One lemon peel

Follow these steps to make all three types of ganache

1) Dark chocolate and orange

Step 1: Take some cream in a pan and boil it. Gradually, add grated orange peel to the preparation. Mix well, then remove from heat.

Step 2: Meanwhile, be prepared with the dark chocolate pieces in a separate bowl. Put your cream preparation in it. Cover it with plastic wrap and leave it for some time. Now, mix the ingredients well. At the end, mix in some unsalted butter as well.

2) Milk chocolate with cinnamon latte

Step 1: Take the mentioned amount of cream in a pan and add a cinnamon stick to it. Put instant coffee powder, mix everything well and bring to a boil.

Step 2: Add it to the bowl of chopped milk chocolate. Cover it with plasticine and after that, give it a good mix.

3) White chocolate with gin and lime

Step 1: Take some fresh cream and bring it to a boil. However, before that, just add grated lime to it. Mix well.

Step 2: Keep the chopped white chocolate ready in a bowl. Mix the cream preparation in it. Cover it with plastic and let it rest for a while. Now, remove the lid and mix everything well. The chef mentioned that you need to add the gin after whisking and emulsifying the ganache.
